This is my last 6 years work as BBVA's UX Lead. I have defined BBVA's whole global mobile banking app's experience from scratch (210 features). World's best banking app for the last 3 years according to Forrester, that is going to be present in 11 countries and where the user can do absolutely everything she can do in a physical branch. I had the honor of defining the bank's entire mobile UX System from scratch and the entire mobile experience. Even though I have leaded a pretty big team, every UX decision has been taken by me.
